Porfirio Castro is a Peruvian interior designer, creative director, and media host with over a decade of experience crafting soulful spaces and telling visual stories through design, culture, and craftsmanship.
His studio blends contemporary aesthetics with ethnic and artisanal influences, creating interiors that are both elegant and deeply rooted in heritage. Based in Superior, Colorado, and Lima, Peru, Porfirio works across cultures—designing projects throughout the United States and Latin America, and integrating handcrafted pieces from Latin American artisans into modern homes.
He has collaborated with leading brands in the design and lifestyle industries, and has showcased his work at international events such as Design Week Moscow. His alma mater, Toulouse Lautrec, recognized him as a distinguished and successful graduate for his creative achievements and industry impact.
Porfirio is also the host of Tendencias con Porfirio Castro, a design and lifestyle TV show that explores trends, creativity, and craftsmanship in Latin America. He is the co-founder and director of the Peruvian Association of Interior Designers (DIP), where he promotes collaboration, innovation, and community in the design sector.
Now accepting projects in the Denver–Boulder area and the Colorado mountains, Porfirio brings a unique design language that merges storytelling, authenticity, and artisan excellence.
